The Role
We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated School Business Manager to join our dedicated and committed team.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a strategic role in the school’s continued success by leading and managing:
- Finance – budget planning, monitoring, and reporting
- HR and compliance – recruitment, payroll, and contracts
- Premises and health & safety – ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-managed site
- Administration and support staff – line management of a small but dedicated team

Salary & Conditions
- Salary: PO2 – PO3 (actual range £41,365 - £47,156 pa inclusive of annual leave & bank holidays), subject to experience (Career Grade)
- Hours: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks term time only + 2 additional weeks
- FTE: 0.921
