Caretaker
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and friendly School Caretaker to join our team at Normand Croft Community School. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a school environment clean, safe, and well-maintained for pupils and staff.
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 10:00am
- Friday: 7:00am – 11:00am
Scale 3 Spine Point 5 hourly rate £16.56 (£11,832.10 actual per annum)
Contract up to 31.07.2026 with possibility of extension
Duties include:
- Opening up the school each morning
- Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensuring the premises are clean, safe, and secure
- Reporting any issues or hazards to the school office
- Assisting with deliveries and general caretaking duties
